About Christi
Christi is the chair of R.D. Offutt Company, a family business that comprises numerous entities, including:
• RDO Equipment Co., a global construction and agricultural equipment business
• R.D. Offutt Farms, which owns and operates farming locations and has ownership in several food production facilities
• Threemile Canyon Farms in northeast Oregon – a leader in sustainable agriculture – combining its dairy with conventional and organic crop farming to create a closed-loop system
• Idahoan Foods, a leader in fresh-dried potato products
• A real estate investment and development company
Christi joined RDO Equipment Co. in 1997 and for the last 25 years has been in various leadership roles, including the CEO of RDO Equipment Co. from 2001 to 2018 and CEO of R.D. Offutt Company from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, she transitioned to become chair of the board for R.D. Offutt Company.
Christi graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in politics and government, earned her juris doctorate from Boston University, and has completed the Executive Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
