Secure Messaging Online: Contact our customer service team with any inquiries you may have. To do so, register or log in to your account on bell.bank. Select your "Mortgage" account. Then, from the top menu, click "Contact Us" and select "Secure Messages" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down and click "New Message" to create a message. Once the message is sent, you will be contacted by a representative who will help answer your questions.
