As the commercial banking manager for Bell’s south region, I oversee teams who manage commercial loans, deposits and treasury management services. I have more than 20 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in lending to construction, manufacturing and distribution companies.

For more than 15 years, my focus has been leading teams of bankers who manage client relationships, but I highly value opportunities to stay connected at the customer level. To see a construction project in process or a manufacturing plant in operation brings about a level of understanding that is often difficult to achieve by reading a report or asking questions in a credit committee meeting. I encourage my teams to share helpful knowledge with each other about customers, which enables us to be coordinated and provide an unparalleled client experience.

There is a tremendous amount of positive energy at Bell Bank, stemming from the grassroots culture of looking out for our colleagues, customers and communities. It’s a pleasure for me to help members of my teams reach their professional goals, but it is equally rewarding to see such personal fulfillment, contentment and pride in our work here at Bell.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Utah Valley University and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Utah. I am also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

I was raised nearby in Mesa and now live in Queen Creek with my wife and our 6 children. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, learning about history, and spending time with my family.
