A Bit About Me

What I enjoy most about working for Bell is how this company appreciates its customers and employees – and supports community involvement. With a focus on personal lines servicing, I appreciate that my job allows me to get to know my clients and their families, as I make sure their insurance policies fit what they need for their unique situation.

Growing up in Devils Lake, N.D., I attended University of Minnesota Crookston before working 25 years at Schaefer Insurance and 8 years at Thompson-Schaefer Insurance (which was part of Warner and Company Insurance when it merged with Bell in 2019). I have also earned the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

My husband, Rusty, and I live in East Grand Forks, Minn., and have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family as well as walking, biking and traveling.
