My focus is on lending to business owners and real estate investors. In providing those services, I draw upon more than 4 decades of experience in banking. Working in tandem with my colleagues, I love to provide great options for what our commercial clients are seeking.

Typically, my clients have an array of not only loans with us, but also treasury management services that support their business objectives. This includes a range of financial tools from lines of credit for working capital and term debt for fixed assets, including real estate, to treasury services that facilitate depositing and moving funds.

My greatest strength lies in credit analysis and attention to detail. When I work with my clients, I focus on the details of their business that can help improve efficiency and profitability. Step one is to listen and understand what they’re looking for, after which I can offer valuable feedback from a fresh perspective. I'm committed to providing prompt turnaround on any client requests.

I live in Maplewood, Minn., with my husband, Kit Welchlin. We have 3 adult children. Outside of work, I enjoy travel, golf, reading, CrossFit and of course, gatherings with family and friends. I also serve on several nonprofit boards and am a classroom volunteer, teaching elementary-age kids about the economics of their communities. One of my areas of interest and expertise is working with disabled adults and children, and the organizations that support them.
