As a portfolio manager, Jordan's role is extensive. A large portion of his job involves working with foundations and endowments to develop appropriate asset allocations, perform asset allocation studies, and to select investments. Jordan also produces internal research for the Bell Institutional Investment Management team, maintaining Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) reporting compliance, and developing capital market expectations.

Jordan serves on the team's Investment, Alternative Assets, and Bell Bank Fund committees. Which are responsible for directing the overall investing philosophy and activities of BIIM.
