My position gives me the best of both worlds. I help set up customers’ accounts when they first join our bank. Then, on the teller side, I get to help them and see them all the time. It really makes customers feel they are not just numbers to us.

I spend a lot of my free time with my family, but I also have my man cave, where I watch any sporting event that is on.
