I am grateful to work for a well-respected bank that not only encourages team work and collaboration, but also truly cares about employees and customers.
As a commercial lender, I am responsible for developing, maintaining and growing business relationships as well as COI networks. I feel it’s important to educate clients and prospects so they understand what the bank expectations are and what value we can bring to the table to help with their future growth and success. I believe business owners appreciate partnerships where two-way communication is encouraged. It’s an easier path toward maximizing each other’s strengths and resources and realizing rewarding outcomes.
I grew up in Hoyt Lakes, Minn., a small town on the Iron Range. I went on to attend the University of Minnesota – Duluth, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After graduation, I moved to the Twin Cities and worked in the mortgage industry for 10 + years. In 2008, I transitioned into commercial lending, where I have worked ever since. I also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas.
My wife and I live in Mahtomedi, Minn., and have 3 children ages 16, 13 and 9 and a dog. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends and working on home projects, as well as coaching, playing and watching sports.
