When I work with my clients at Bell, I often find my tenure of over 25 years in banking adding value to those relationships. If I haven’t seen a particular situation by this point in my career, I usually know someone else who can be an informative resource for my clients. There is no greater honor for me than being on the “shortlist” of trusted advisors when clients have news to share, or problems to solve.
Although my diverse banking background would probably best put me in the category of being a “generalist,” my skillset is somewhat unique in that I am versatile at closing and managing both conventional and SBA loans. My passion lies in providing loans to small to lower middle-market businesses, and it takes a thorough understanding of both conventional and SBA financing to best serve that niche. Whether businesses are looking for treasury management services to streamline their operations, or financing for working capital, business or equipment acquisition, partner buy-ins or commercial real estate (CRE) transactions, I can help. I love to be known in the community as a trusted advocate for sustaining our business community in the Twin Cities.
Many of my client relationships have lasted 15 years or more, which has enabled me to partner with them through different cycles of their businesses. That experience motivates me to structure loans in a way that promotes long-term success.
