What I appreciate most about working at Bell is the bank’s community involvement.

In my role, I manage the credit and operations teams within Bell Business Credit – a specialty department dedicated to serving the ever-changing needs of our commercial banking clients. We provide working capital credit to companies experiencing some form of stress – such as high growth or temporary operational challenges. These companies do not typically qualify for traditional commercial banking credit, and by providing sufficient liquidity, we help them reduce the stress they are incurring and eventually move to more traditional credit. I enjoy helping companies achieve their desired results – especially being part of the solution that helps them succeed.

Originally from Fridley, Minn., I earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Winona State University in Winona, Minn., and a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University in Minneapolis. I have worked in commercial lending since 1998 and have held various positions in accounts receivable financing, factoring, asset-based lending and commercial banking.

My wife, Heidi, and I live in Lake Elmo, Minn., and have 3 children. Outside of work, I spend time coaching my kids’ teams, golfing, running, fishing and watching all Minnesota sports teams.
