What I enjoy most about working at Bell are the growth opportunities, inclusion and motivation to participate and create refreshing and productive teamwork. I also love that as an individual, I feel like I matter and am part of something important and genuine.

 

In my position, I help the commercial and industrial team bring in new loan deals while taking care of renewals and existing loan portfolio issues. It is a very diverse set of responsibilities, and I appreciate the direct interactions I have with customers and prospects – especially the “discovery” phase of a request, when we work through possible opportunities and a loan structure. I also have special expertise in underwriting, particularly for contractors.

 

Born in El Paso, Texas, I grew up in Juarez, Mexico, and later earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. I started my banking career in 2004, working mostly with commercial and industrial, special assets, compliance management and loan documentation. In 2008, I received formal credit training with Zions Bancorporation.

 

I live in Goodyear, Ariz., and have 2 children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my kids, traveling (most recently to South America) and hiking in north Arizona.
