A Bit About Me

I appreciate that Bell is a growing company that is second-to-none, and it’s clear our leadership cares about employees and customers. Bell’s warm, welcoming culture makes me proud to come to work every day. The collaboration between my peers is amazing, and I know we are always doing what is right for our customers.

In my role, I collaborate with commercial businesses to help them effectively create their benefits portfolio. A well-rounded benefits package can be one of an employer’s biggest tools when recruiting new talent in an increasingly tough job market, and I enjoy helping business owners establish a robust benefits package to help attract and retain employees.

I am originally from the Fargo-Moorhead area and attended Minnesota State University Moorhead. Starting my insurance career in in 1999, I have worked on both the carrier side and agency side. In 2020, I completed a women’s leadership program through the North Dakota Women’s Business Center.

My husband, Steve, and I live in Dilworth, Minn., with our cat, Veruca. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, bike riding, watching movies and reading books.
