Tigh Surdez
SVP/Commercial Real Estate Banker
I value my client relationships, because they are true partnerships with great communication. Clients know they can come to me as a responsive resource – someone with whom they can have a very open, relaxed conversation about their business.
Originally from Spearfish, S.D., I’ve been in the banking field since 2005. I specialize in financing commercial real estate – including loans for hospitality, senior living, multifamily, industrial office, and value-add projects.
Because I started as a credit officer/analyst, I understand the credit and inherent risk associated with any particular projects. That’s valuable in providing quick feedback to clients and prospective customers. I really enjoy digging in on the front end of an opportunity, then working with you to create the best possible outcome.
My wife, Kristin, and I live in Eden Prairie, Minn., with our son Quentin (“Q”). I enjoy golf, yardwork, concerts, walking the dogs, and following South Dakota State University Jackrabbit athletics.
