Managing our team of commercial and industrial (C&I) bankers, I specialize in all types of commercial and industrial lending, including financing for real estate, equipment, working capital and Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. I especially love coaching and mentoring team members and using my experience to help them learn, grow and become even better bankers.

With more than 30 years in banking, half of them in commercial banking, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my work. A Portland, Ore., native, I studied financial accounting at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Ariz. Along the way, I have also taken additional classes in commercial credit, completed a commercial banking leadership program and served on the Commercial Banking Advisory Council.

I now live in Peoria, Ariz., with my wife of 30 years, Lori. We have 2 daughters, 4 grandchildren, and 2 golden retrievers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, golfing, biking and walking my dogs.
