To help reduce the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), as of Saturday, March 21, our drive-ups are open, but our lobbies are open by appointment only (except for our Maple Grove and Stillwater, Minn., locations, which are completely closed, and our Bloomington, White Bear Lake and Duluth, Minn., locations, which closed as of Friday, March 20). Pelican Rapids, Woodbury and Colonnade, Minn. and Chandler, Ariz. locations are open as usual.

If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19 through illness, loss of income or employment and need assistance, you may qualify for mortgage forbearance – a plan that allows qualified applicants to reduce or “pause” their payments.
If you are considering mortgage forbearance, there are a few things we want to make sure you know:
During a “forbearance period,” you are not required to make your monthly mortgage payments. However, if you are able to make even partial payments, it will reduce the amount outstanding at the end of the forbearance period.
