About Our Speakers

David Anderson

David Anderson, OSCP, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) Principal 
David is a principal and cybersecurity consultant with 10 years’ experience in information technology. He manages network penetration testing, internal vulnerability assessments, and social engineering engagements for companies in a wide range of industries.

Joe Hooper

Joe Hooper, FBI Supervisory Special Agent 
Joe is the cyber supervisor for FBI Phoenix, where he leads a team of special agents and analysts who support the FBI cyber division’s mission to impose risks and consequences on cyber adversaries. The FBI leads the U.S. government in investigating, responding and disrupting significant cyber incidents.

Sara Kelley

Sara Kelley, Bell Insurance Risk Management Consultant
Sara has worked in insurance for more than 20 years, starting in Chicago working on large national and global accounts. She currently provides risk management consulting (including cyber) to clients on their commercial property and casualty insurance programs.

Heather Buchta

Heather Buchta, Quarles & Brady Attorney
Heather has a transactional practice covering e-commerce, software, technology and data privacy, with additional focus on copyright and trademark prosecution. She chairs the Phoenix office of Quarles & Brady’s intellectual property group and is a member of the data privacy and security industry team.

Mark Lasinis

Mark Lasinis, CIO/VP of Technology at Imagine Technology Group (ITG)
Mark has spent most of his 30-year career helping companies increase security measures to protect their data and stay in compliance with ever-expanding regulations. His team also helps non-regulated companies meet cyber insurance policy requirements to reduce the risk of denied claims. 

Mike Ross

Mike Ross, Director, Innovation & Development at Insperity
With nearly 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy Mike oversees the Innovation and Development team for Insperity. This group is responsible for the strategy of procuring and integrating new technologies and business solutions for Insperity including any merger and acquisition activity. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Mike travels the country leading strategy workshops focused on SMB and emerging growth companies focused on running better, growing faster and making more money. Additionally, he oversees the thought leadership department of Insperity where they create content that addresses the challenges that businesses encounter as they grow to scale.
