Diane Hanson, Pelican Rapids branch manager. When we bought our home in Florida, she wired the funds to the closing firm and reassured us that everything was on target. She did a good job.
We generally stop in Pelican Rapids, but sometimes on our way to the Cities, we’ll stop in Alexandria. The service is always friendly.

We like online banking. You can look at your bank account any time you want to, and that’s nice. It works so well because we’ve got a complete record of our finances, and we know exactly where everything is going.
Security is good with the online system. If you go on with a new device, you get a text or a call back. It’s very safe, very secure.
