Johnson Promoted in Treasury Management
Bell Bank is proud to announce that Rachel Johnson has been promoted to VP/treasury management team lead for Bell Bank’s east region, based in the Twin Cities. Rachel offices at Bell Plaza in Bloomington.
Rachel has been with Bell since 2016 and previously served as a commercial loan coordinator before joining the treasury team, where she has been promoted three times. In her new role, she manages a treasury management team providing technology and services related to commercial deposits, helping businesses optimize cash flow and maximize efficiency in their financial operations.
Rachel says Bell’s focus on lasting relationships translates directly into everyday client connections.
“More than ever, businesses are looking for a banking relationship that is an extension of their team, rather than transactional,” she comments. “The support Bell’s leadership has shown me is something I want to give back to my team and our clients.”
Originally from the Twin Cities, Rachel is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. She worked at a smaller community bank prior to joining Bell.

Treasury Management Promotes Brake
Congratulations to Madison Brake, who has been promoted to VP/treasury management team lead for Bell Bank’s Phoenix market. Madison offices at Bell’s Arrowhead location in Peoria, Ariz.
Madison joined Bell in early 2021 as a treasury management officer. In her new role, she manages a treasury management team providing technology and services related to commercial deposits, helping businesses optimize cash flow and maximize efficiency in their financial operations.
Madison enjoys talking with businesses and understanding their industries.
“I concentrate on building relationships,” she notes. “In working with a range of customers in the professional and commercial and industrial (C&I) spaces, I provide value by bringing my knowledge of the industry to how I can help them with their finances.”
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Madison is a graduate of Kutztown University.
