Andrew Johns is a Sr. Mortgage Consultant with more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Andrew is consistently a top producer and ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan officers in the United States. Through Andrew’s lending experience he has closed over $1 billion in residential loans throughout his career, leading to numerous awards and recognition including President's Club.
As a purchase specialist, Andrew works with all different types of clients, from first time homebuyers to high-end jumbo clients. He will take time to fully understand his client’s financial goals and match those goals to the right loan program. This includes explaining the differences between applicable loans to the client such as Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, and etc.
Andrew’s ability to make his clients feel at ease, as well as his ability to think outside the box has earned him a stellar reputation among clientele. During the mortgage process Andrew takes pride in being part of the entire process, from beginning to end. Andrew is hyper responsive including nights and weekends via email, text, phone.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Iowa. Go Hawks! When he is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys traveling locally and around the world, learning new recipes to cook with his wife, and giving back to the community. He has a Rhodesian Ridgeback named Frankie.
