In 1999, I made the leap into the mortgage world and have never looked back. As boring as it may sound to others, I truly enjoy helping families maneuver through the home loan process – it’s exciting and rewarding to me! My dual language has allowed me to serve the Spanish-speaking community as well. That’s important, since buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase many people will ever make. The most gratifying part of my job is the day I see a family get the keys to their new home. Nothing compares to the joy I see in their faces – and simply knowing that I played a role in the beautiful memories each family will create in the home they now own.
I was lucky enough to have married my high school sweetheart, and I haven’t stopped dating her for over 30 years! My wife, Jessica, and I have 4 beautiful children (Angel, Daniel, Aliya and Nathan). In 2018, my oldest son married an amazing woman, Cierra, and in 2021 my wife and I joined the elite group of grandparents when our little Liam Nunez began to rock our world. In early 2024, Liam was joined by his little brother, Micah, and these two will be inseparable.
My life revolves around my faith and my family, which keep me striving to be the best professional I can be in serving my clients. I have much to be grateful for, plus the determination to keep learning and growing in every aspect of my life. Whether my role is as husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, friend or the “Mortgage Guy,” I’m committed – with a little help from above – to learning how to win in life.
