Meet Dale

I've spent more than 25 years helping people navigate the home financing process, and I still enjoy being part of one of life's biggest milestones. I specialize in construction, physician and jumbo loans, and I've guided hundreds of clients through complex financing scenarios. Whether you're building a custom home, relocating for a new medical position, purchasing a luxury property or buying your first home, I'll work with you to make the process smooth and straightforward. 

My goal is simple is to provide clear guidance, responsive communication and solutions tailored to your unique situation so you can move forward with confidence. 

Outside of work, you'll usually find me in the cockpit as a student pilot, behind a drum set or leading a spin class at the YMCA. I'm also passionate about giving back to my community and volunteering with Harry P. Leu Gardens and the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art.
