We have used the Koehler group for two different primary home purchases and one refinance. We would not consider using any other lending group. Liz and team truly make you feel like a valued customer, taking the time to really help their customers understand the complex options so that you feel confident in the decisions you are making. In our most recent move, we left MN for SC. Our realtor in SC strongly urged us to use a local SC lender instead of Liz due to local differences and challenges that she had experienced with other non-local lending teams. I would not consider changing and knew with confidence that Liz and team would help insure we had a smooth closing and did not have any worries with the transaction.
