With over 20 years of experience as a successful mortgage banker, Jim has built his career on expert loan structuring, attentiveness and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership and mortgage goals. Raised in Seattle, Jim brings an unrelenting work ethic and attention to detail to his clients in Phoenix, where he has proudly called home for over 20 years.

Jim earned his MBA with an emphasis in finance from Washington State University, equipping him with the analytical skills to structure smart, strategic mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Over the years, Jim has guided more than 1,000 families through the loan process with clarity and care – reflected in his 4.97/5 average customer rating from more than 350 past clients.

Outside of the office, Jim is a dedicated husband and father. He married his college sweetheart – a hospice social worker – and together they are the proud parents of three amazing kids. When he’s not helping clients or spending time with family, you’ll often find him on the golf course enjoying one of his favorite pastimes.
