Nesbitt Contracting Co., a heavy highway general engineering contractor serving the Phoenix area since 1955, was a longtime prospect of Bell Bank. The Nesbitt team hesitated to change banks, however, because they thought the process would be too complicated. But eventually, they decided to switch to Bell, and were pleasantly surprised by how seamless Bell made the transition.

“We never had to tell our employees that we were switching or making any changes,” says Jackie Humphrey, senior accountant with Nesbitt Contracting. “We never had to tell anybody to expect any delays, and they never even knew about the change because they just went through so smoothly.”
