I am a Senior Mortgage Banker and became a CMPS in 2007. Since 1993 I have helped individuals and families finance their largest, and in many cases, most important asset - their homes. As a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, I integrate the mortgage into the overall financial plan. I work with a select group of like-minded referral partners dedicated to educating their clients to the opportunities that exist in real estate today.
I also am a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce and holds the RCS-D designation. I help divorcing clients preserve their credit and make sound financial decisions prior to divorce.
