I was born and raised in Nashville. Went to University of Tennessee where I Majored in Real Estate Finance with a Minor in Architecture. I was a General Contractor for 16 years and a Realtor/ Broker for 37 years. I have a wife and son and been married for 34+ years.I have been a Mortgage loan officer for more than 25 years and done every type of loan program available. I have made over 2400 loans to my borrowers and helped them get the best loans for them and their wallet. My specialty is figuring out how to solve problems when they do arise and getting that loan to the closing table.
