Bell Featured by USA Today as a Top 10 Workplace

We are proud to announce that Bell Bank has been named one of USA Today’s 10 Top Workplaces in the country! Bell Bank landed at #2 on USA Today’s list, among companies with 1,000 to 2,499 employees. In addition, Bell has been on this list 3 of the 4 years USA Today has published its rankings.

Michael Solberg, Bell Bank president and CEO, points out that this recognition, like several of the other awards Bell has received, is based solely on employee feedback through the Energage employee engagement survey. More than 7,000 employers were invited to take the survey, and 2,227 ultimately completed it.

“We’re in some pretty elite company,” Michael says. “We never take these awards – and our outstanding culture – for granted at Bell.”

As part of our recognition as one of the top 10 best workplaces on USA Today’s list, Bell Bank is also featured in an article in USA Today online, highlighting our employees’ stewardship of Bell’s unique Pay It Forward giving initiative.
