I have been a community banker my entire career, which has given me exposure to a broad range of clients and industries. When you work with me, I get to know your business, challenges and goals by asking questions and listening. Since each business is unique, designing a tailored solution is key to a successful outcome.

Originally from Mountain Lake, Minn., I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn., before starting my banking career. Along the way, I received additional training from the American Bankers Association (ABA) Stonier Graduate School of Banking, The Wharton School and ABA Commercial Lending School, Southern Methodist University.

My wife, Stephanie, and I live in Deephaven, Minn., and have 2 adult sons. Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time biking, hunting, boating, waterskiing and enjoying lake time with family.
