Pay It Forward

Our Pay It Forward initiative began in 2008 when Bell Bank leadership surprised employees with a special Christmas gift: the opportunity to “pay it forward” to those most in need. Since then, it’s become a special tradition that demonstrates Bell’s commitment to diverse communities.
