“There’s just a trust relationship. Every time I walk in, it seems like everyone there is always having a good day. They always have smiles on their faces. By now, they recognize me, but really, it’s that trust factor. There’s something about being at my hometown bank – I really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. It’s a sense of home. After a long day and you stop at the bank, it just makes your whole day. They’re happy and friendly and they’re asking how your day is. They just feel like your friends.”

I’ve followed Brenda Messerschmidt to the Moorhead branch, but I also bank at the Fargo Veterans Boulevard location.

My go-to bankers:

Moorhead branch manager Brenda Messerschmidt, Gina Schmidt (personal banking officer) at the Moorhead branch and Alesha Greseth (teller supervisor) at the Veterans Boulevard branch, but I think I could make friends with any of them, really. It’s just their personalities, their demeanor; they’re very personable, friendly. They take the time to make you feel like you’re at the right place at the right time. They really do feel like more than somebody working at a bank when you go in there.

Online and mobile banking and alerts, so when I ask my husband to transfer money, I know he did it because I get the reminder. Mobile check deposit is a quick and easy feature.

What I tell others about Bell:

I referred my twin sister to Bell and recommended Bell when she was looking for a car loan. I just feel like Bell gets it done, and you’re not just a name in a system with them.
