Bell Bank Named a Best Workplace for Women

This new list was compiled by the workplace culture experts at Great Place to Work, in partnership with Fortune. Bell came in at number 34 among just 100 companies named to the list, and is the only North Dakota-based company listed. This recognition is primarily based on feedback from an anonymous survey representing more than 4.6 million U.S. employees. The majority of the ranking is based on what women themselves report in the 60-question Trust Index survey about their workplace and how those experiences compare to men’s in those workplaces.
Said one Bell employee: “Everyone is treated equally by management, corporate, and also the owners. Regardless of your position in the company, there’s no favoritism – you are part of the Bell family when you work here, and you will feel that way.”
