When you stop by our Fargo South University branch, it’s quite possible you might run into a friend.
“We have an array of clients who come in, not only for banking, but also to socialize,” said Ty Day, vice president and branch manager. “Sometimes they stop in without doing any business but just to visit and relax in the lobby. We have had several clients run into a friend or acquaintance in our lobby, and then they end up sitting and visiting for a bit before they leave.”
The branch is our second location, opening in 1987, so you’ll find several long-time customers here.
“I have heard many times that they are so happy to be here at Bell as they feel like they are family when they come into our branch,” Ty said. “That is exactly our goal – to make them feel like they have stopped by home. We have a great group of employees who make everyone feel welcome when they walk in the door.”
