In recognizing our company, one of the aspects American Banker highlighted was the importance communication has played amid the pandemic. As Michael Solberg, our president and CEO, pointed out, communications among staff have been critical in keeping people connected, helping manage the stress of the pandemic, recognizing the “extra mile” care we’re giving our customers and each other, and brightening people’s days. During the pandemic, our teams have remained open to serve customers … papered windows and doorways with hearts to remind everyone we’re in this together … and provided extra care and caution to keep all of us as safe, healthy and connected as possible!
Michael comments, “What’s even better is that this list is compiled in large part based on employee surveys about our Bell workplace – as well as the publication’s evaluation of our culture, policies, pay and benefits, and employee engagement and motivation.” Our team members love what they do – and it shows in how we treat our customers!
