As part of our work in the community, Bell Bank is proud to be a member of the Arizona Community Reinvestment Collaborative (ACRC). The organization recently announced grants totaling $35,000 for 6 Arizona nonprofits. This year’s grant recipients all support small businesses in low- to moderate-income communities.

ACRC’s grant funding pool is made possible through the partnership of Bell and 14 other banks. 2025 grants included $30,000 to the Retail, Arts, Innovation & Livability Community Development Corporation (RAIL CDC) for its business technical assistance program, which provides one-on-one support to small business owners to help them improve their financial systems, HR practices, marketing strategies and access to capital. These services pair with RAIL CDC’s Financial Opportunity Center®, which provides financial coaching, credit building and income support services to help low- to moderate-income families stabilize and strengthen financial wellbeing. RAIL CDC’s resources lay the groundwork for long-term business success, community wealth-building and economic empowerment.

In addition, ACRC awarded $1,000 mini-grants to Archwood Community Resource Empowerment Strategy (ACRES), DAS Foundation, Growth Partners AZ, Native American Advancement Foundation and SEED SPOT.

Reine Hamilton, Bell’s SVP/commercial banking manager – specialty markets in Phoenix, comments, “Nonprofit organizations have a tremendous impact in strengthening our communities. We’re very proud to be a part of ACRC and help champion the tireless work of our local nonprofits.”

Thank you to ACRC and these nonprofit organizations for your important work! We’re happy to partner with you.
