Carrasco, Biesen Hired in Commercial Lending at Bell

Bell Bank has hired Melissa Carrasco and Wes Biesen as commercial lenders on our Phoenix banking team.

Melissa has been named a vice president/commercial real estate banker and manages real estate loans for a variety of industry sectors, including industrial, self-storage, retail, multifamily, medical and office properties. She offices in Bell’s Phoenix – Biltmore bank location at 2710 E. Camelback Rd.

Wes has been named a vice president/commercial banker and manages day-to-day business relationships with a focus on owner-occupied real estate, equipment, working capital, construction and treasury needs. He offices in Bell’s Chandler bank location at 1850 E. Northrup Blvd.

We’re glad to have experienced bankers like Melissa and Wes join Bell and help us accomplish that.”

Originally from Yuma, Ariz., Melissa started in banking in 1997 while she was still in high school. She earned an associate’s degree from Arizona Western College in Yuma. She has been named 2022 Fundraiser of the Year by H3 Phoenix and has also been a top fundraiser for Junior Achievement Golfer’s Dream Day.

Wes is a native to Arizona and earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He has been in banking since 2006 and served as a senior relationship manager with JPMorgan Chase, focused on banking and lending services for small- to medium-sized companies.
