Bell Bank’s Ann Olson, SVP/commercial real estate banker, and Lorrie Litzinger, SVP/senior legal counsel, were both honored by Finance & Commerce as two of 2024’s Top Women in Finance!

Based in Minneapolis, Finance & Commerce provides news and commentary on Minnesota business. Each year, its Top Women in Finance honors those who have become “exceptional leaders in their field, rising to the top and paving the way for the next generation.” Olson and Litzinger were honored Nov. 14 at an event in Minneapolis.

Olson has been in banking and finance since 2007 and joined Bell Bank in 2019. In addition to her position at Bell, Ann chairs the Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women’s Education and Leadership Committee (focusing on leadership and mentorship) and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association’s State of Retail Committee.

Litzinger joined Bell in 2016 and concentrates primarily on commercial lending and private banking legal support. She has worked in the legal field, with a focus on commercial real estate law, since 2005.
