About Lynn
When it comes to gaining new customers – and keeping them happy through outstanding service – Lynn Johnson has the voice of experience. In addition to her deep knowledge of banking and lending, Lynn’s strengths in sales and customer service are reflected in the high standards of the retail banking teams she leads. Team members work to know customers personally – and those relationships, Lynn says, are part of the service we give every day.
Lynn has spent her entire career in banking. After graduating from North Dakota State University, she moved to Washington state and started her first banking position. In 2000, she moved back to North Dakota and joined Bell Bank (then State Bank of Fargo) as a personal banker. After managing several of Fargo’s busiest bank locations, Lynn led Bell’s Fargo area retail market before moving into senior leadership. She was named to Bell’s executive team in 2018 and currently oversees retail administration and marketing.
Lynn is originally from New Rockford, N.D. She and her husband live in Fargo and have two daughters.
