Around 3 p.m. is unofficial “coffee time” at our Fargo North Broadway branch, and we’d love for you to join us!
“We have customers who like to come in just to have coffee and visit with employees and other customers,” said Stacey Gratton, vice president and branch manager.
When you stop by the branch, you’ll find that our customers are like family.
“Great customer service is important us,” Stacey said. “We go above and beyond every day to help our customers. We know them and worry about them when they do not come in.”
The branch, located in the Northport shopping center, has a rich history. It’s where the company was founded in 1966. You’ll find many loyal customers who have been with us from the beginning here.
You’ll quickly see why this branch is known for providing very personalized service. We’ll even go as far as helping you with your checking account. Most of our customers are very loyal north siders, North Dakota State University students, seniors from Trollwood Village, and people with special needs.
