Bell Bank has once again been named to People magazine’s annual list of 100 Companies That Careundefined! It’s the fifth consecutive year Bell has made this prestigious list, landing at #25.

According to People, the businesses on this list are the U.S. companies that “best demonstrate outstanding respect, care and concern for their employees, communities and the environment.” Bell was chosen alongside other top companies including Hilton, Delta Airlines, NVIDIA, Salesforce and American Express.

People works with Great Place to Work each year to determine its list, evaluating data and responses from companies representing more than 8.4 million employees. From our surveys, one of Bell’s team members is quoted as saying: “Bell’s employees truly are the heart of the company – supportive, collaborative and committed to a shared purpose. It’s what makes coming to work each day meaningful.”

We’re thrilled to receive this recognition, and we see examples of our team’s caring ways every single day in how they take care of each other, deliver the friendly service that’s a hallmark of Bell, and pay it forward to help others.

Congratulations, Bell family, and thank you for all the ways you live out our values and show you care!
