Bell Bank has once again been recognized by People magazine as one of the nation's 100 Companies That Careundefined, earning the No. 45 spot on the 2026 list. This marks the sixth consecutive year Bell has received the honor.

Compiled in partnership with Great Place to Work, the annual list recognizes U.S. companies that demonstrate exceptional care for their employees, communities and the environment. Bell was recognized alongside respected organizations including Hilton, Delta, NVIDIA, Salesforce and American Express.

In its profile of Bell, People highlighted the company's family- and employee-owned business model and company culture. The magazine noted that Bell's approach is rooted in service, long-term thinking and a belief that banking is ultimately about helping people and strengthening communities.

The article also recognized Bell's commitment to supporting entrepreneurs and community development. In Minnesota, Bell partnered with Get Down Coffee Co., and the nonprofit Neighborhood Development Center on Get Down to Business, a Shark Tank-style accelerator program that gave three entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch their ideas and share $100,000 in unrestricted grants.

Building on that effort, Bell used its partnership with Minnesota United FC to showcase entrepreneurial businesses and nonprofits during professional soccer matches attended by thousands of fans. Last year alone, four organizations were featured through the program. The magazine also highlighted Bell's support of the club's youth academy, where young athletes learn practical financial skills such as saving, budgeting and building credit.

People's selection process is based on employee feedback and workplace data collected from organizations representing millions of employees nationwide. The recognition reflects Bell's ongoing commitment to creating a caring workplace while making a positive difference in the community.
