We’re proud to share that Bell Bank has once again been named to the StarTribune’s list of Top Workplaces in Minnesota, as well as one of AZCentral/Arizona Republic’s Top Workplaces in Arizona! Bell also received a special award from the StarTribune in the category of “Appreciation.”

Bell came in at #3 among 65 large employers (500+ employees) on the StarTribune Top Workplaces listundefined, and we landed at #2 on the Arizona Republic’s Top Workplaces listundefined of midsize companies (150-499 employees in the state).

Rankings on both Top Workplaces lists are determined by employee surveys conducted by Energage, which notes, ”Great workplaces don’t happen by accident.” While the way we work has changed, the company says, what hasn’t changed is “organizations that listen to employees build stronger cultures, stronger teams and stronger businesses.”
