Bell is a Top Workplace for Millennials

Bell Bank has been named to Fortune’s 2023 list of the nation’s 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials!

This is the fifth consecutive year Bell has been recognized, landing at #73 among large workplaces – including Cisco Systems, Nationwide and Adobe – on this prestigious list. In recognizing Bell, Fortune highlighted both work-life balance and responsibility. “Managers show great trust in employees’ abilities to get work done without micromanaging,” one team member commented.

Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place to Work to determine the Best Workplaces for Millennials. Analyzing survey feedback from nearly half a million U.S. employees, Great Place to Work developed themes and metrics to measure the core of what creates great workplaces – key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company.
