Bell Bank has named Latasha Causey, listed in 2021 as one of the Most Influential Women in Arizona, as vice president/community development officer in the Phoenix metro. In her new position, Latasha works closely with Bell’s leadership, key Arizona business leaders and community organizations to guide our efforts in helping minority-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, underserved populations and neighborhoods.
“With Latasha’s passion, community awareness and deep connections, I can’t think of anyone better suited to represent Bell and provide leadership in this new role,” says Kyle Kennedy, Bell Bank’s Phoenix president and Arizona banking director. “Bell has always been about helping people, and we want to continue to move forward to invest in solutions and work hand in hand with other leaders to make our community even better.”
Prior to joining Bell as regional human resources manager in 2020, Latasha worked for various financial organizations, most recently with USAA, where she was responsible for leading the local foundation and strengthening USAA’s brand and culture in the Phoenix market. A Phoenix native, Causey serves on the boards of directors of the Arizona State University Alumni Association, Valley of the Sun United Way and Teach For America Phoenix and chairs the Phoenix Business and Workforce Board at the City of Phoenix. She and her husband live in Litchfield Park, Ariz., and have two sons.
