Bell Named a Top Workplace for Women

We’re proud to announce that Bell Bank has been named to Fortune’s 2023 list of the nation’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women!

This is the fifth consecutive year Bell has been recognized on this prestigious list, landing at #89 among large workplaces – including Hilton, Deloitte and American Express. In recognizing Bell, Fortune and Great Place to Work noted, “The best companies create great work experiences not just for female full-time managers, but also for female part-time employees on the front lines, for those who’ve just joined and those who’ve spent their whole career there, for women of every demographic … Companies with the broadest set of women who report positive workplace experience receive the highest rankings on the list.”

Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place to Work to determine the Best Workplaces for Women. Analyzing survey feedback from more than half a million U.S. employees, Great Place to Work developed themes and metrics to measure the core of what creates great workplaces – key behaviors that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company.
