Great Plains Top Workplace Award 2024

Bell Bank has received more great recognition! We’ve been named the #1 Top Workplace in the 5-state Great Plains region!

We’re proud to have topped the inaugural list for this regional award from Top Workplaces and Energage Workplace Surveys. The Great Plains Region includes workplaces in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas.

What’s most meaningful, comments Bell president and CEO Michael Solberg, is that the award is based entirely on feedback from Bell’s employees, through the recent Workplace Survey.
