Jeremy Janzen has joined Bell Bank as VP/branch manager in Pelican Rapids, Minn., where he will lead branch operations while building strong relationships with customers, employees and the community. 

Janzen has more than 30 years of combined banking, retail and leadership experience, including roles at U.S. Bank and Best Buy. His expertise includes team leadership and development, customer service, relationship management, lending and deposit solutions. Throughout his career, he has focused on listening carefully, understanding people's needs and helping individuals, businesses and organizations achieve their financial goals.

One of Janzen's proudest accomplishments has been building and leading successful teams that consistently achieved strong results and earned sales and leadership recognition. He credits those achievements to his team and remains passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
