Kaysen Named to Fine Dining’s ‘Power 50’

James Beard Award-winning chef (and Bell Bank Champion) Gavin Kaysen has been named one of the 50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining”! Chef Kaysen’s “Power 50” designation was published in the Robb Report.
Coming in at #30 on the “Power 50” list published in the Robb Reportundefined, Gavin was recognized for the “restaurant empire” he has built in his hometown of Minneapolis – including Spoon and Stable (celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2024), Demi, Mara and Socca Café, and two locations of Cooks | Bellecour. He has also been joined by some of America’s best chefs through his Synergy dining series. Gavin is Team USA President and serves on the board of the Ment’or BKB Foundation, helping young chefs refine their skills and prepare for a biennial culinary competition showcasing the world’s best up-and-coming chefs.
