Bell Bank is proud to announce that Tracy McFarlane, a personal banking officer at our Fargo – Center location, is our 2025 Bell Value Award winner in the category of Unequaled Personal Service!

Tracy had been helping an elderly customer retrieve some statements for her accounts at Bell. Feeling unwell, the customer let Tracy know she wouldn’t be able to pick up the statements that day. With great empathy and caring, Tracy made a house call, not only dropping off the statements, but bringing the customer some drinks and snacks!

Once she arrived at the customer’s home, Tracy thought it would be best for her to see a doctor and ended up taking her to the clinic as well! Returning to the branch, Tracy’s only comment to her colleagues was, “Anyone would do it, wouldn’t they?”

Tracy demonstrates her care for her customers both inside and outside the bank, says Tracy’s colleague Elise Stromme, adding, “She has a heart of gold.”
