Nicole Kirchner has joined Bell Bank as president/lakes area, where she will lead Bell's efforts in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, and the surrounding area while strengthening relationships with customers, employees and communities.

Kirchner brings extensive banking and leadership experience, with a strong background in business development, relationship management and community engagement. She is passionate about helping individuals, businesses and organizations achieve their financial goals while supporting the continued growth and success of the communities she serves.
