We are excited to announce that Bell Bank has once again been named to Fortune’s list of the nation’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women! 

The 2025 list marks the sixth year Bell has earned a spot on this prestigious list, ranking among the top large workplaces in the nation – alongside respected companies such as Hilton, Deloitte, and American Express. In their recognition, Fortune and Great Place to Work noted, “The best companies create positive work experiences for all women – full-time managers, part-time employees, new hires, career veterans, and women of all races, ethnicities, and demographics. Companies with the broadest set of women reporting positive experiences receive the highest rankings.” 

“This award is meaningful because it’s based on what our own female team members say about working at Bell,” said Michael Solberg, Bell’s president and CEO. “At Bell, we’ve built a supportive workplace with great career opportunities, and we’re proud to have achieved this recognition for the sixth time.” 

Fortune partnered with global people analytics firm Great Place to Work to determine the Best Workplaces for Women. By analyzing survey feedback from more than 600,000 U.S. employees, Great Place to Work identified key behaviors that foster trust in management, strong connections among colleagues, and loyalty to the company.
